Well-respected regional supermarket operator is currently in search of experienced Store Directors to join its team within locations in the Minneapolis / St. Paul market. Store Directors will have full P&L responsibility for assigned supermarket location. These locations are high-volume, full-service grocery stores.
To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST HAVE at least three years of current experience as a Store Director in a supermarket / grocery location with at least $250k in weekly sales volume. Experience running a location with full-service perishable departments is also strongly preferred (i.e. meat cutting in-store, full service deli/bakery, etc.)
Please note that this client will only consider candidates who are currently the "number one" person on site. Unfortunately, assistant managers and co-managers will not be considered at this time.
