Leading food processing company is currently in search of an experienced Quality Manager to join its team within a brand new retort plant located in Western Tennessee. This position will oversee both QC/QA and product development initiatives for the company's shelf stable product lines.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a BS Degree in Food Science or a related field and 5-10 years of quality control experience in a food plant with at least 5 years of supervisory or management experience. Retort experience is absolutely required, and experience in a start-up or pilot plant is strongly preferred.
