Rapidly expanding food processing company is currently in search of an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join its team within one of its plants in Memphis, TN. This is a newly-created position due to significant growth within the organization.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity within a high-speed packaging plant, ideally food or beverage, focused on oversight of maintenance techs / mechanics with an emphasis on mechanical and electrical systems. You must have the ability to troubleshoot AND program PLCs. A four-year degree is preferred.
