Rapidly expanding food processing company is currently in search of experienced Production Supervisors to join its team within one of its plants in Memphis, TN. Specific needs are for Packaging Supervisors and Processing Supervisors. These are newly-created positions due to significant growth within the organization.
The ideal candidate for these positions will have at least 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity within a high-speed manufacturing plant, ideally within the food, beverage or consumer products industries. A four-year degree is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience in HACCP, GMPs, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma will be given top consideration. Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability are a must.
